Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items — such as personal care products that have been opened — cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@velzun.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return, and we will send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
